Feeling emo, lounging on the floor, tired, sticky, wet and waiting for dinnertime to come. Grow up please! Anyway, throughout this time we call Christmas, which usually means countdowns, celebrations with old friends, presents, festivity, vibe, newness, praise, noise, Orchard Road, clanging bells, some sort of yodelling (carolling), jostling crowds, the ‘old-new’ feel to family that you have been away from for the year but known since was a kid. New challenges, new activities, new people to meet approaching. Gasp. Am growing old?? That may help to explain an increased indifference and decreased enthusiasm toward what 2007 can bring. The Chime of bells to Christmas day was spent in a MosBurger, manned by people working on low salaries and clearly no joy of Christmas marked on their faces. Umm. A low-key Christmas?
